1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
Used kitchenware, if hygiene and safety seals are broken.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the product back to us using the address provided. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (defective/damaged/wrong item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order will follow the regular return process.
