  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Orders (within India): 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 10–15 business days (if applicable)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above 999/-.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or international fees (for overseas shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

 

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hrs of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
